§ 2. Data processing rules.
The administrator processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:
1) based on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);

1) for contact purposes, to respond to a message sent directly by email or via a form, based on the Administrator's legitimate interest related to the need to respond.
2) for the purpose of order fulfillment, based on the concluded sales contract (by effectively placing an order, a contract is concluded in which the Administrator acts as the seller.
3) for technical purposes using cookies (technical cookies), based on the Administrator's legitimate interest related to the proper operation and functioning of the website, to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. 2) Facebook Inc., based in the USA, in the field of advertising and measuring its effectiveness related to the installation of the Facebook pixel and Conversion API on the website.

1) We are unable to specify a single period during which we will process data due to the different grounds for processing and different purposes.
2) If personal data is provided in an email or via a form, we will process the data until a request is made to delete it or to object to its processing, but also in cases where we consider that we have fulfilled the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
3) We process the data provided to us in connection with the order placed and the sale for 6 years in order to fulfill our tax obligations.
